SW High
A really small west hills Portland craftsman with a new life. This house has truly been transformed and we were able to add to it. A new front porch designed to with original size features in mind. Many small details added to the finish product looking so sharp.
NW Irving
A really old victorian in NW Portland with some true historic heritage. We had the pleasure to do a bit of an update to the kitchen while not disturbing the original character too much.

SE Franklin
A small basement bathroom with some custom modern features. Andy spent many days getting this tile to look this good and Soren had the freedom of design with the vanity cabinet incorporating salvaged fir with stained mahogany. The joist in the ceiling were left exposed to add to the industrial feel.

Farm Basement Staircase
This house had a decrepit basement staircase in need of a rebuild. The house itself is a classic Irvington with a lot of character and all agreed the staircase, and small area at the bottom of the stairs, needed to be cleaned up and finished suitably for the clients and their: three resident pugs, one cat, and newborn on the way.
We completely tore down the existing staircase to discover the framing had been placed on the native ground with the basement slab poured up to the bottom plate and wall studs. The bottom plate no longer exists since it had rotten away and the studs were rotted through about a foot up. We then poured a proper foundation and placed the pressure treated bottom plate on the slab and replaced the rotted studs. From there a new staircase and storage area under the staircase were built. The original concrete slab at the bottom of the stairs, the hallway and storage floor had a tile pattern cut, etched and stained for a resilient, easy to clean, and attractive finish. We incorporated some salvaged fir siding in the storage area as an accent wall.
