Just another brief update: we (the carpenters) have pulled off the job and are letting the subcontractors (painters, plumbers, electricians, flooring) get in there and finish off the upstairs and basement as we have completed out end (minus kitchen cabinet doors and drawers.

It has been a while since my last update. The painters kind of took over for a while as there were quite a few colors to deal with and a lot of cabinetry. So here is the post-paint photo update. Still a lot of boxes and floor protection, but primarily just a punchlist left to wrap the project up.
Currently the plumber and electrician are wrapping up their duties.

It has to be noted that we only had to replace one section of the original flooring in the entire house. The original fir in the dining area off the kitchen (about 100sqft) was really in just too bad of shape to salvage as it had undergone previous patchworks that looked unsuitable.
