We have passed all of our cover inspections and insulation and sheetrock are underway.

So it has been a while since i've made an installment. we all have opened our presents, celebrated a new year, an we are now welcoming the rain to the northwest. the job is approaching finishes, but that also means a lot of the surfaces are covered for protection! (not that good for pictures). here are some that should continue the curiosity and show some finishes already completed.

The upstairs also has had the floors sanded and one coat of finish.

Soren, we absolutely love following all the progress being made, the house is looking fantastic! We can hardly believe the transformation taking place. The basement is great, just as we envisioned. The tiling in the master bath looks amazing, the workmanship exceptional! Your team is doing a great job. Can't wait for more pics! :)
