NW Victorian (part 2)

We have passed all of our cover inspections and insulation and sheetrock are underway.

Here is Jason (electrician) enjoying his last day of rough in and passing his inspection

We had to have a large hole drilled through the brick for the 8" range hood exhaust pipe

Sheetrock is almost done.  Here is the latest installment the day before Thanksgiving!  Use your imagination; things are going to come together very quickly from here!

Finish phase is well underway.  Tile, trim, cabinetry are all happening.  Here are a couple recent photos.  More to come this week.

So it has been a while since i've made an installment.  we all have opened our presents, celebrated a new year, an we are now welcoming the rain to the northwest.  the job is approaching finishes, but that also means a lot of the surfaces are covered for protection! (not that good for pictures).  here are some that should continue the curiosity and show some finishes already completed.

  1. Soren, we absolutely love following all the progress being made, the house is looking fantastic! We can hardly believe the transformation taking place. The basement is great, just as we envisioned. The tiling in the master bath looks amazing, the workmanship exceptional! Your team is doing a great job. Can't wait for more pics! :)
